The First CCIAG/ICC Institute joint conference took place on Monday 21 October 2013. Corporate counsels from all over the world had the opportunity to confront their positions with some of the key actors of the arbitration community. The product of the conference will be further discussed from 6 to 7 April 2014 at the 2014 ICCA Congress in Miami titled “Legitimacy: Myths, Realities, Challenges.”
