ICDR – New International Dispute Resolution Procedures (including Mediation and Arbitration Rules)

The International Centre for Dispute Resolution® (ICDR), the international division of the American Arbitration Association®, has recently released revised its’ International Dispute Resolution Procedures (including Mediation and Arbitration Rules) which continue to reflect best International practices as well as introduce innovations unique to ICDR.

Highlights of the enhanced Rules include:  international expedited procedures; mediation; consolidation; joinder; arbitrator selection methodology; arbitrator conflicts, disclosure and waiver; new process management tools; limits on information exchange; and award requirements.
